PUNJENE PAPRIKE

Sastojci:

500 g svježeg posnog sira

5 paprika mesnatih(babura)

1 vez svježeg vlasca

10 g crnog češnjaka

1 jaje

sol

Priprema:

Paprike prokuhamo u slanoj vodi 5 min, odmah ih ohladimo hladnom vodom.

Prerežemo po duljini i očistimo od žilica i sjemenki.

Poslažemo ih u nauljenu vatrostalnu posudu.

Električnim mikserom izmiješamo sir, vlasac(nasjeckan na sitno), jaje , crni češnjak i sol.

Napunimo paprike smjesom od sira i stavimo u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 °C,

i pečemo 20-ak minuta.
