We do not take record or save your credit card information. All data of all participants in the internet-buying process are secured by safety protocols.

T-Com takes care of the privacy and security of your data during the authorization of your credit cards. The safety of the data on these pages is guaranteed by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) safety protocol with a 128 byte data encryption.

The exchange of sensitive data (for example credit card numbers) between the T-Com Pay Way System, which conducts the online payments, and the authorization centers of the credit card houses is processed by a private network with no internet access and is completely secured from unauthorized access by the ISO 8583 protocol. T-Com completely denies access to data for which the participants of the buying process are not authorized.

Methods and terms of payment

All listings and services ordered to be published in some of our advertising products / packages will be charged prior to the execution. A customer / user accept the payment of the product prices displayed on the site during the submission, review and confirmation of the advertising products. The customer may terminate the publication / payment ad at any time until the final confirmation of the payment on the website of T-Com PayWay's.

Netfoodmarket.com reserves the right to reject the publication of an ad if the same is contrary to our terms and conditions of use.

Privacy policy

Netfoodmarket.com pledges to protect customers' personal data in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; to inform the customers about the way we use the collected data, and give our customers a choice on how their data is used, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from our lists used for marketing campaigns. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and available only to our employees who need such information to perform their job. All employees of the Netfoodmarket.com and business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy policy.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about the published advertisement are accepted only in the writing form (e-mail) and no later than 2 working days after the publication of the advertisement.

If Netfoodmarket.com is responsible for the complaint, the advertiser will be granted of a re-publication of an equal advertisement at no extra charge. If the error is caused by incorrect or inadequate preparation of the advertisement by the clients, the complaint will be refused.

Banner advertising is no subject to any complaints regarding the content and the preparation of the banners because Netfoodmarket.com is not responsible for the content of the banner, but only for its publishing and running on the portal.

If a client does not use his in advance paid advertising space, the client is not entitled to a refund.

If a user´s access to Netfoodmarket.com is locked due the breach of the contract, the unused credit will be retained by Netfoodmarket.com.
