Ribu očistimo i operemo te odvojimo od kosti kako bismo dobili 8 čistih komada filea.
Posolimo ih i popaprimo (po želji) a zatim uvaljamo sa svih strana u kukuruzno brašno koje smo pomiješali sa mljevenom crvenom paprikom.
U tavi dobro zagrijemo ulje te riblje filee pržimo sa obje strane dok ne poprime zlatnu boju.
Kao prilog možemo poslužiti kuhani krumpir (manji krumpiri) u komadu kojima smo nakon što su se skuhali samo ogulili kožu i na 1 minutu ih ostavili u marinadi od limuna, sijeckanog peršina, malo ulja, soli i papra.
