Luk i češnjak očistimo i sitno nasjeckamo.
Slaninu također sitno nasjeckamo.
Mrkvu, celer, kupus i rajčicu očistimo i narežemo na tanke rezance.
Slaninu, češnjak i peršin pomješamo u posebnoj posudi i napravimo umak.
Grah stavimo da se odmoči preko noći, ocijedimo ga i stavimo kuhati na 15 minuta u hladnu vodu.
Vodu bacimo i grah ponovno stavimo u zasoljenu hladnu vodu kuhati da grah omekša.
Na ulju popržimo luk, mrkvu, celer, kupus i rajčicu i dodamo vodu u kojoj se kuhao grah.
Zatim u povrće stavimo smjesu od slanine, češnjaka i peršina i kuhamo dok povrće u pola omekša.
Dodamo grah i špagete koje smo izlomili na manje rezance.
Pred kraj dodamo papar i peršin.
Poslužiti ukrašeno cvijetićima peršina i posipano parmezanom.
