Sastojci:
400 g svježih gljiva shiitake
400 g špinata
1 l juhe od povrća
1 glavica luka
1 svežanj peršina
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
sol, papar
Priprema:
Gljive narežite na trake, nasjeckajte luk i špinat. Sve pržite na ulju i, dolijevejući malo pomalo vrelu juhu, kuhajte 5 minuta. Potom pojačajte vatru i nastavite kuhati oko 10 minuta.
Na kraju dodajte sol, dosta papara i nasjeckani peršin.
