SAGUL Selekcija is a premium quality wine made from selected plavac mali grapes grown on the sandy slopes of Zaguina. This wine exhibits a deep ruby colour with purplish tinges and has a mature bouqet and a mild sharpness to it. It is full of typical aromas of plavac mali with discrete flavors of wood, coffee, vanilla, leather, dark chocolate and black tea brought about by its maturation in oak barrels. An excellent choice for any occasion, it is best served at 18°C and pairs well with food like pašticada, roasted red meat and wild game meat.
