1. Očistite češnjak i izmiksajte ga s octom dok ne dobijete kremastu smjesu.
2. Posolite i dodajte rastopljeni maslac kap po kap, kao da radite majonezu, miksajući dok ne dobijete glatki namaz.
Makalo je odličan prilog ribi, mesu s roštilja....ali izvrstan je i na pečenom tostu :-)
