Buncek sa kiselim kupusom

Buncek kuhamo da vrije na laganoj vatri te kad meso postane mekano i počne otpadati od kosti gotovo je.

U drugoj zdjeli zagrijemo mast pa popržimo sitno nasjeckanu slaninu i nasjeckani luk.

Dodamo kiseli kupus, lovorov list i papar te zalijemo vinom i vodom.

Kuhamo kupus u pokrivenoj posudi dok ne omekša, te u drugom loncu skuhamo krumpir.

Po potrebi dolijte vode u kojoj se kuhao buncek.

Ovako pripremljene namirnice možemo poslužiti na ovalu tako da prvo posložimo kupus, krumpir te na kraju složimo buncek na pripremljenu podlogu od kupus i krumpira.
