The head of the family is the father, with the mother by his side, and we are completed by my wife, two little sons, and myself. Together, we form a close-knit family that copes relatively well with the challenges of farming. The farm is of an arable-pig farming type. We own 15 hectares of land and lease an additional 48 hectares. The main crops in the fields are intended as feed for the pigs. We raise around a thousand pigs annually on our farm. In addition to all the mentioned production, the farm also owns 3,700 grapevines. The farm also has a meat processing facility located in the clean part of the farm, directly next to the residential house. The facility processes exclusively home-raised pigs. Meat processing is carried out in a homemade and traditional manner.
