“Barbarossa Superior” is an exceptional wine produced from the Teran grape variety grown on the Motovun hillside at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters. 70% of the grapes are dried on the vines in the vineyard, and 30% on straw. Separate vinification takes place, and after fermentation, the wine ages in French wooden barrels for 2 years. The wine is ruby red in color, with pleasant notes of ripe red fruit on the nose.
A hint of liqueur-like cherry notes with a touch of dark chocolate and a bit of tobacco can be sensed. It is very fresh, dense, and full-bodied with pleasant ripe tannins, ripe berries, and a hint of green pepper on the palate.
It pairs best with cuts of aged red meat. Decanting before serving is recommended. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

“Barbarossa Superior” je izvanredno vino proizvedeno od vinove loze SORTE teran s Motovunskog gorja na nadmorskoj visini od 300 do 400 metara. 70% grožđa suši se na trsovima u vinogradu, a 30% na slami. Odvaja se vinifikacija i nakon fermentacije odležava u francuskim drvenim bačvama 2 godine. Vino je rubin crvene boje, s ugodnim notama zrelog crvenog voća na nosu.
Osjete se likerske note višnje s daškom tamne čokolade i malo duhana. Vrlo je svježe, gusto i punog tijela s ugodnim zrelim taninima, zrelim bobicama i daškom zelenog papra na okusu.
Najbolje se sljubljuje s odrescima odležanog crvenog mesa. Potrebno je dekantirati prije posluživanja. Servirati na temperaturi od 16-18°C.
