According to the analyses carried out, the product has a very good calorific value, low moisture content, and satisfactory density, as well as a low ash content of 0.95%, placing it in the higher segment of household consumption (ENplus A1/A2).
On the Austrian market, industrial pellets achieve a significantly lower price. On the other hand, the product is very suitable for the industrial pellet market, but due to its calorific value, achieving a higher value will not be a problem.
In conclusion, under the existing conditions, the product can compete in the Austrian market. With very positive results from last year, when 120 tonnes were sold on the Croatian market in just a few weeks.
