Enjoy an exceptional experience with our premium extra virgin olive oil, obtained by blending esteemed varieties from the Bušeniga olive groves. Đorđo oil is a blend of Leccino, Pendolino, Istarska bjelica, and Moraiolo varieties. This harmonious oil captivates with a fresh fruity aroma of olive fruit and green grass, with notes of arugula, and a well-rounded flavor with moderate bitterness and spiciness.

Istria
We are a small family farm from eastern Istria with a long tradition in agriculture. We produce STIPANI'S extra virgin olive oil from olives grown in accordance with all organic farming standards.
Our olive grove Bušeniga is located on the edges of south-facing slopes descending towards the Raša river valley, where the combination of ideal insolation, cool air from Učka, and warm sea winds from the Raša Bay creates a special microclimate. There, olive varieties such as Leccino, Istarska bjelica, Pendolino, and Moraiolo develop a unique character thanks to the location's distinctiveness, which provides everything olives need for high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
In 2023, we planted our first almond trees, with which we aim to start another beautiful and healthy story and enrich our offer. We eagerly await the first almond blossoms and delicious, healthy fruits.
