How to consume linden honey
Linden honey can be eaten on its own, but it is also delicious on bread, in tea, with cereals, yogurt, fresh cheese, pudding, or pastries. You can also mix it into warm water, milk, tea, or apple cider vinegar. Be careful not to make the drinks too hot, as this can destroy the most important active ingredients in the honey.
