LINDEN HONEY AND BENEFITS
Linden honey is also used in treating colds, coughs, and bronchitis.
Consuming linden honey provides relief for colds, respiratory tract inflammations, alleviates conditions in respiratory inflammations, and even helps with bronchitis and the flu.
Consumption of linden honey
Linden honey can be eaten on its own, but it is also delicious on bread, in tea, cereals, yogurt, fresh cheese, pudding, or pastries. You can also mix it into warm water, milk, tea, or apple cider vinegar. Care should be taken that the beverages are not too hot, as otherwise, the most important active ingredients of the honey are lost.
Like all our products, this is 100% Croatian honey. For the production of linden honey, we ensured our bees had access to the Ilok region.

LIPA MED i DOBROBITI
Konzumacija lipa meda
