Natural handmade syrups

I produce syrups from the flowers and leaves of wild plants of Istria and Liburnia, more precisely the slopes of Učka and Ćićarija. No chemical additives such as dyes, additives, flavor enhancers, preservatives and the like are used in the preparation, the composition is simple - plant leaf or flower, sugar, lemon and water.

Syrups can be used for dilution with plain or mineral water, as cocktail ingredients, toppings for ice creams and other desserts, decoration of various dishes or taken in small quantities undiluted.

Each of the plants used in the syrups has a therapeutic effect in addition to its specific aroma.

Since the production is manual, the quantities of syrup are limited, and most of them are seasonal. The following are currently available: Black Elderberry , Acacia, Bay, Rosemary, Sage Leaf, Sage Flower, Dandelion, Ginger/Lemon/Turmeric, Lemon Balm, Nettle, Lilac, Mint, Yarrow, Lavender, Rosehip and Hawthorn.

They are available in bottles of 0.75 l and "one-time" doses of 0.04 l. I issue an invoice for orders through my trade.
