PEAR BRANDY williamovka – A pear brandy, the popular williamovka is made from the most famous variety of pears, Williams (williamovka). After carefully selecting the highest quality and ripest pear fruits, fermentation takes place under controlled conditions. Immediately after fermentation, double distillation is carried out in traditional copper stills. After stabilization and aging for at least one year, it is bottled. Williamovka brandy is characterized by an exceptionally strong aroma of ripe pears, as well as richness in taste and fragrance. Before consumption, it is recommended to chill it well and serve in specially designed glasses.

RAKIJA viljamovka – Rakija od kruške, popularna viljamovka proizvedena je od najpoznatije sorte krušaka Williams (viljamovka). Nakon pažljivog odabira najkvalitetnijih i najzrelijih plodova krušaka, odvija se fermentacija u kontroliranim uvjetima. Odmah nakon fermentacije vrši se dvostruka destilacija u tradicionalnim bakrenim kotlovima. Nakon stabilizacije i odležavanja od minimalno godinu dana, puni se u boce. Rakiju viljamovku karakterizira izuzetno snažna aroma zrelih krušaka, te punoća okusa i mirisa. Prije konzumacije, preporučuje se dobro rashladiti i servirati u posebno dizajniranim čašama.

The specialty of our gins is the production of 29 types of different herbs, premium grain alcohol, and natural spring water from the mountain of the first Croatian geopark - Geopark Papuk.
