Kozlić is a goat's milk cheese that matures for 5 months. It has a delicate white colour and a sweet, aromatic flavour with the characteristic scent of goat's milk. After donkey milk, goat's milk is considered the closest in composition to mother's milk and is therefore recommended for children, as well as for people who have difficulty tolerating the protein casein.
It pairs excellently with light, aromatic fresh wines such as Sauvignon Blanc.

Kozlić je sir od kozjeg mlijeka koji zrije 5 mjeseci. Nježne je bijele boje te slatkastog i aromatičnog okusa s mirisom karterističnim za kozje mlijeko. Nakon magarećeg mlijeka, kozje mlijeko se svojim sastavom smatra najbližim majčinom mlijeku te se stoga preporučuje djeci, ali i osobama koje slabije podnose protein kazein.
